IDMR- Revelation or self-realization

I continually hear from the followers of this metaphysical assembly that you need to come to their meetings to fully understand the revelation. This is often a standard response by cults that indoctrinate people by using a “group think” atmosphere.  If you can’t read their material and understand what they are teaching without going to their classes then why offer them to those interested. The fact that one cannot make a decision apart from their classes should be a warning sign of  what is actually taking place.

Kinley: "So to man was this Plan revealed, now that he is a creature permitted to reason; Yahweh-Elohim first showed to Moses Then the Apostle John, and the last time to the author, Dr. Henry C. Kinley."

Dr. Kinley is claiming to have a vision just as John had the vision on the isle of Patmos?  IDMR interprets an island is really a mountain covered with water and Moses had the vision atop Mt. Sinai because you have to have an "elevated state of mind" to have the vision. (Mr. Kinley had his at his house in Ohio!) They seem to have missed this little fact of lower elevation does not bring revelation.

"I saw the manifestation of the Spirit Law by which the universe would operate, From Aleph to Tau, or Beginning to End. I saw the Master Plan as it originated in the Mind of Yahweh-Elohim and spanned the yet unrecorded history of the Universe."

Here he claims to be given all knowledge beyond any apostle or prophet, this guy is writing his own religion. Pride will always take one step further than what the word of God itself says. Rabbi Shaul wrote do not go beyond what is written. The bible records who can know the mind of the Lord. Remember when he questioned Job, Who has put wisdom in the mind? Or who has given understanding to the heart? Job 38:36 Yes wisdom comes from God but no man except Yashua has all wisdom or sees all things.

For Paul the apostle wrote in Rom. 11:34: "For who has known the mind of the Lord? Or who has become His counselor?" Not Kinley, not anyone. So it is not a matter of can God reveal it but did he reveal it!

Isa. 55:8-9: "For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways," says the LORD." For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.

For the Psalmist asked Examine me, O LORD, and prove me; try my mind and my heart." Ps 26:2

Jer. 17:9-10: "The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; who can know it? I, the LORD, search the heart, I test the mind, even to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings." Man can certainly promote himself when he has had a dream or a vision but it eventually becomes their downfall if it is not truly from God.

The Bible ATTACKED

Make no mistake about it this group doe snot uphold sacred Scripture  "No! The Bible is NOT the WORD of GOD. This is not just OUR belief but the Bible itself gives testimony to this fact - in John 1:1 where it states that "In the beginning was the WORD and the WORD was with God and the WORD WAS (and still is) GOD (NOT THE BIBLE). The same was in the beginning with GOD. All things were MADE BY HIM (NOT A PHYSICAL BOOK) and without him was not anything made that was made. IN HIM (NOT THE BIBLE) is LIFE and the LIFE was (and still is) the LIGHT of Men.

The Bible is not the word of God! It tells us that God has spoken and it is written, that it is his word, God's word. just as Yashua said, "it is written," have you not read" pointing to what HE called the WORD of GOD. Jesus said Jn.17:8: "I have given them your words you have given me." What word would that be? It would be called the word of God.

Despite IDMR's position of representing Yahweh, God the true one, would never say such a thing. All this is much like the Catholic position of traditions. 1 Pt.1:23 we are born again not with corruptible seed but with incorruptible seed through the word of God which lives and abides forever. " The bible is not God, but it is the WORD of God (to man), because God said so. So now they are calling God a liar. (I know I'll get some lovely mail on this one)

Mark 7:13: "making the word of God of no effect through your tradition which you have handed down. And many such things you do." Did they make Yashua (God) of NO effect by holding to traditions?

As a matter of fact Jesus didn't think the Word was a person only, and he should know. Luke 11:28 But He said, "More than that, blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it!"

Luke 5:1 So it was, as the multitude pressed about Him to hear the word of God,"

Luke 8:21: "But He answered and said to them, "My mother and My brothers are these who hear the word of God and do it."

The word of God is something we read and hear Jesus being that encompassing all that makes God who he is, can be called the word. Paul writes "faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God." Acts 11:1: Now the apostles and brethren who were in Judea heard that the Gentiles had also received the word of God." To receive means they heard what was said from Scripture and believed it.

Acts 13:44: "On the next Sabbath almost the whole city came together to hear the word of God." Jesus himself and the apostles all spoke of the word of God as something you hear (as well as read)

Luke 4:4 But Jesus answered him, saying, "It is written, 'Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.'" he is quoting Deut. 8:3 bread alone; but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the LORD." What comes from Gods mouth is Gods word.(see Deut.11:18-20) Exod.24:4 "And Moses wrote all the words of the Lord." As Jeremiah was told also Jer. 30:2 "Thus speaks the LORD God of Israel, saying: 'Write in a book for yourself all the words that I have spoken to you.

Prov.30:5: "Every word of God is pure; he is a shield to those who put their trust in Him."The only way there could be more than one word of God (Every word of God) is by referring the Bible.

Eph. 6:17: And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; Here again Paul says the word is the one written. If not then one needs to call him the sword of the Spirit as well.

Col. 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

Paul is clearly speaking about the writings and not the person of messiah.

1 Corinthians 4:6. Do not exceed beyond what is written. Means that the word of God alone is to be our guide not men who change it. Which would include Mr. Kinley and his companions.

They with other sacred name groups denounce the Greek NT and it clearly shows that this man wants to replace the bible with his new revelatory words. Who would want to do this?

2 Tim 3:16 "ALL Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness," ALL means ALL. The Scripture written down was all inspired by God meaning God breathed , he moved the men , prophets scribes to write the words down. So it is not on their own initiative but God instructing them and it is Gods communication to mankind, his word. That means whether it is in Hebrew, Aramaic or Greek for the New Testament it is all from God, not man. To say otherwise is to call Paul a liar and to call him this means you are calling Yahweh a liar as well.

2 Pet 1:20-21 knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation, for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit." Prophecy as well as the writings are all From God as the source.

Yahweh only is his Name

IDMR teaching- THE TRUE HEBREW NAME OF THE HOLY SPIRIT IS YAHSHUA - John 14:26 That Yahshua, the true Hebrew name of the Messiah: the embodiment of Yahweh Elohim manifest in a physical body (Heb. 10:5), is the Holy Spirit (see John 14:46, Isa. 7:14, 1 Tim. 3:16). YAH as in Yahweh and SHUA, meaning Salvation, Yahshua is salvation. The translators have substituted the Pagan word Jesus (see Century Dictionary, page 3228). The Messiah said, "But the comforter who is the HOLY SPIRIT (Ghost), whom the Father will send in MY NAME, He shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatever I have said unto you" (John 14:26).

Well the only thing that he is correct on is the Yashua is the Hebrew name. But we speak a different language today and nowhere does God require to speak his name in Hebrew ONLY! Its OK that they write everything in English. Even the Holy Spirit whose name in the HEBREW is Ruach ha Kodesh or Ruach Yahweh. Its OK that they read the bible translated in English from the Greek text. Because there is no Hebrew writing until at least the late 400's of the NT. But they want everyone to be just like them and pronounce the correct name in Hebrew when no one really is sure of the OT pronunciation. How hypocritical can one be?

Jesus' personal Hebrew name was Yahoshua a derivative of what we would know as Joshua in English.

God has made himself known by his many names, each of his names describe to us a certain facet of his nature as God. Each reveal a attribute and a certain facet of his character. Any name of the Lord that is used is the manifestation of His character or his attributes to man. It is synonymous with the Lord Himself. God is known beside his name of Yahweh "My name is Jealous" Ex.34:14 ( Quanna). El Shaddai - the almighty (all sufficient one ) Gen.17:1. Even Isaiah (9:6) writes"His name shall be called wonderful, counselor, mighty God , Father of eternity, prince of peace." No Yahweh mentioned there

Rev 19:13: And he was clothed with a robe dipped in blood: and his name is called the Word of God." This describes Jesus having a name which is called "THE WORD OF GOD." The WORD OF GOD is not a single word (name), God has many names. Jesus is called the word of God because Ps 40:7 Then I said, "Behold, I come; in the scroll of the book it is written of me." His purpose was to fulfill what was written of him by the prophets whose words came from God.

I have no problem with using the name Yashua for Jesus since I will do so myself at times, but it is IDMR that has a problem with anyone using any other name than Yashua. The problem is that it is more accurately pronounced Yeshua.

Spirit form of God

IDMR teaching- "Yahweh is pure spirit and everything in the creation is one or another manifestation or expression of Yahweh. Now Yahweh takes on a spiritual shape and form known as Yahweh-Elohim or Christ."

Bible-Christ is not a spiritual shape but is a person, he took on a physical body. God became man, he added an additional nature to his Spirit.

IDMR teaching-  "three states and conditions of Spirit, the ultimate source and substance of all things visible and invisible: (1. The Father; 2. The Word or Son; and 3. The Holy Spirit). Matter is created from Spirit or is Spirit materialized into its lowest state. Physical matter must reflect the characteristics of Spirit, the parent source and substance,"

Nowhere are we told matter is spirit. This is the essence of Metaphysical Cults and the New Age Movement. The bible teaches Matter was made from nothing, Spirit is not nothing. Spirit, especially Gods, is eternal all knowing. God did not make matter from Gods Spirit. Scripture teaches he spoke and things that were not came into existence. They were brought into existence from not being there in the first place.

Heb 11:3 'By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible." What It does not say- they were made of something invisible, but of things that are not visible. In other words he is saying that the physical universe did not always exist it came by Christ.

No real resurrection

IDMR teaching -That unless you teach that the Messiah was buried a natural man (sown a natural, 1 Cor. 15:44-47), and raised a spiritual (Incorporeal), seen only by vision, you haven't understood the Kingdom of Heaven, for flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of Yahweh (1 Cor-15:50), neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

"It should be noted that Christendom believes the Messiah arose a physical body because they cannot explain how the Messiah showed his disciples the nail prints in his feet and hands (Luke 24:36-40). They don't realize that this was a vision being shown to the disciples, although the disciples were not conscious that they were seeing a vision.  What Christendom doesn't understand is that the resurrected spirit form of the Messiah has the power to appear in the form of a fleshly body to his disciples, as matter can move from gas to solid. Likewise, the Messiah can descend by the Pattern, which dictates a change, moving from the Most Holy Place to the Court Round About. "

So they deny a physical resurrection but actually blame us for not being able to explain this. But this is not unexplainable as they assert, only unacceptable on their part. But it is they that must prove their assertions since they are challenging the bibles account. To say the disciples were unaware of being shown a vision is just plain false. First the bible says that what they wrote was inspired by the Holy Spirit who is the author of all the word.

The bible actually records Jesus saying "touch me it is I the Lord," nowhere does it say it was a vision. The disciples didn't go around touching visions, neither does the Lord encourage someone to do so. This is all done to have the convert seek a revelatory vision as their founder. Much like the burning in the bosom of Mormons, IDMR members must receive this vision to be convinced of D. Kinley's revelation.

"Why should it be thought incredible by you that God raises the dead? "(Acts 26:8)

If the body was not raised, then what is? Remember what is dead is raised. Where is his body? Is it still in the grave if it was not raised? Is there such a thing as a spirit resurrection? Of course not. But IDMR agrees with the Jehovah's Witness cult that he was not raised physically.

Let Scripture answer their own position. Matt 27:52-53: "and the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised; and coming out of the graves after His resurrection, they went into the holy city and were seen by many."

In Luke 24:39 Jesus said "I am not a spirit but I have FLESH and bones. He had the same scars in His hands and feet proving he did indeed raise His body from the grave (John 2:19-22). The word for Flesh is the same word  that John uses "and the word became FLESH." (sarki in Greek). Jesus' grave was empty. What IDMR is teaching is that Jesus said instead "I am a spirit but I have not flesh and bones." This they twist to their own destruction, as it destroys the very Gospel that can save them. For if there is no physical resurrection, there is no resurrection at all.

Just as Job prophesied "though after my skin worms destroy this body, yet in my flesh I shall see God." (Job.19:25-27) The resurrection has always been the hope of the Jews. They come to this conclusion because of the bent on the spiritual only and disregard any physical ordinances.

In Hosea 13:14: "I will ransom them from the power of the grave; I will redeem them from death. "It is the body that dies and goes in the grave, it is the body that is raised that makes it a resurrection.

Acts 26:22-23: "Therefore, having obtained help from God, to this day I stand, witnessing both to small and great, saying no other things than those which the prophets and Moses said would come--"that the Christ would suffer, that He would be the first to rise from the dead,"

Isa.8:20: "To the law and to the testimony!  If they do not speak according to this word, it is because there is no light in them." This Scripture is applied by Jesus on the road to Emmaus in Luke 24:25-27  Then He said to them, "O foolish ones, and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken!" Ought not the Christ to have suffered these things and to enter into His glory?" And beginning at Moses and all the Prophets, He expounded to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself." He points to the prophets testimony and the law of Moses to prove he needed to die and resurrect. When they gather to the disciples they say "The Lord is risen indeed, and has appeared to Simon!"

John declared that Jesus "came [and remained] in the flesh" (1 John 4:2; 2 John 7). 2 Jn.7 also addresses this saying "For many deceivers have gone out into the world who do not confess Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh, this is a deceiver and an antichrist". In this epistle John uses the present tense in Greek which focuses specifically on the future coming of the Lord. People who deny Jesus has come in the flesh (incarnation) and then rose in the spirit and not in the body are of the spirit of antichrist. (1 Jn. 4:2 focuses on the past 2 Jn. 7 focuses on the future) This is pointing to the fact he rose again in the same body he died in and is coming back in this body. In other words he came in the flesh and rose in the same flesh, yet it was transformed to an eternal flesh body. As Acts 1:11 he will come in the same manner he left, seen physically.

Writing after the Resurrection, John declared that Jesus "came [and remained] in the flesh" (1 John 4:2; 2 John 7). The body that emerged from the tomb Sunday morning was the exact same body that went in the tomb. He also showed His crucifixion scars on his hands and side on two occasions because of doubt.

1 Tim.3:16 "God was manifested in the flesh"( manifest in Greek- ephanerootheo).  First aorist passive indicative of phaneroo to manifest. Is used to describe the incarnation (en sarki) of Christ (The verb is used by Paul elsewhere of the incarnation (Romans 16:26 ) IDMR has a post resurrection Docetic Gnostic view. Nowhere does the bible say he rose as a Spirit. He did have the ability to move from one place to another not being limited to time and space any longer. But nowhere does it say he walked through the walls as a ghost, he had the same body he died with..

Heb 10:12 says he is still a man interceding (as well as 1 Tim.2:15 and Rom 8:34). As he is called a man sitting at the right hand of God, showing he was raised in his flesh and continues to be both God and man in heaven from whence he came.

If Jesus Christ is not still in flesh in heaven then the reliability of His incarnation has been forfeited. If he has no flesh, then we have no true mediator and the bible is lying.

If Jesus did not come back from the dead physically, then the Christian faith is untrue. But the Christian faith is true. It is the faith of IDMR that is untrue.

(For more on a physical resurrection Go to flesh and blood cannot enter the Kingdom of Heaven)

Who Is Jesus to them?

Then Yahweh moved into a super incorporeal shape and form of a man known as Yahweh Elohim It was in this shape and form that he created the creation, both heaven and earth. He then manifested himself in a specially prepared body known as ADAM and YAHSHUA the MESSIA." (PASADENA INSTITUTE OF DIVINE METAPHYSICAL RESEARCH  http://208.152.238.94/)

Now Adam was God, and he sinned. Not since the Mormons came up with new revelation do we find such a distortion under a so-called Christian banner. They hold to Yahshua always being manifested in a physical body, or incarnate in a body, all through the dispensations of time. This is nonsense, and anti biblical and even anti-Christ (excuse me, mashiach to be correct in language not messia). Since the Bible says clearly He incarnated once, and only once.

Heb 9:28 "To those who eagerly wait  for Him, He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation." Notice will appear a second time, meaning that he incarnated only once.

Adam = Yahshua based on their own discovered pattern. which is absurd. Did sin come through God who would punish himself for doing so. Does not James say that God cannot be tempted by evil. (1:13)

They also believe from making name assimilation's, that that Yashua the son of Nun is Jesus of the NT. son of Nun or called none by them. All this is arrived at because of the name correlation. Joshua supposedly just "appeared" (since there isn't much lineage info about Joshua in the bible,). But to be called the son of Nun means he came from that family. His father was An Ephraimite Num.13:8,16 but there is no account given of his life. But this is not that unusual, since there are others no account is given of their lives either.

This same concept appears in an occult book by Alice Bailey. “…He [Master Jesus] is well known in the Bible History, coming before us as Joshua the Son of Nun” “With many previous incarnations including as Joshua, the son of Nun, Jesus of Nazareth was merely a man who had volunteered Himself to be used as a vehicle through which “the Christ,” as Sanat Kumara / Lord of this World, the One Initiator, manifested although He did eventually achieve “Master” status and is now an Ascended Master (Bailey, Initiation. pp 56-57)

As far as name assimilation, there was another Joshua as well but as a priest he needed to trade in his filthy garments, as we all do. Zech. 3 read this in light of names and see if this makes any sense. But the son of nun was not perfect he made mistakes. All this doesn't surprise me when people do not believe in the inerrancy of Scripture in the NT.

In IDMR theology have Yashua as Adam, and then Joshua the nun, which means he incarnated twice and once without the virgin which was already prophesied in Gen.3:15 so you have a different Yashua, not because of name, but because of their false teaching. Because the Jesus of the Bible only incarnated once, and he certainly did not come through sinful parents. The bible says he was manifested (made known, appeared) in the flesh 1 Tim.3:16. He incarnated only once via the virgin birth. Christ came once and died once. Joshua was certainly a man of faith but he was not perfect. He was the son of Nun, he did not have a virgin birth which would be the ONLY means the Messiah would be born (Isa.7:14).

Joshua made a treaty with the Gibeonites (Josh.9:3-27.) He was deceived. Can God be deceived?  By a strategy from the enemy Joshua and the leaders of Israel were thrown off their guard. Representing themselves as weary travelers from a great distance, the Gibeonites succeeded in making a covenant with Israel. Joshua was deceived and entered too eagerly into covenant with them.

Joshua's famous statement 24:15" But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD." Makes no sense if he is the Lord, he does not ask anyone to serve him, he actually serves Moses. When Moses ascended Sinai to receive the two tables for the first time Exod. 24:13, Joshua, who is called his servant, accompanied him part of the way and was the first to meet him on his return 32:17.If he is the Lord than who is Moses going up to meet up on the Mt., and why did Yahweh tell Moses to not let Joshua come up. When it was told to Moses that Eldad and Medad prophesied in the camp, Joshua asked Moses to forbid them, to which Moses replied, "Are you jealous for my sake? Would that all the Lord's people were prophets, that the Lord would put His Spirit upon them!" Num. 11:27-29. So now we have Joshua arguing against God who is leading Moses of which he is suppose to be. Make sense yet?

Num. 27:18 And the LORD said to Moses: "Take Joshua the son of Nun with you, a man in whom is the Spirit, Ex.28:3 others were filled with the spirit as well 35:31.

Num. 11:25: Then the LORD came down in the cloud, and spoke to him (Moses), and took of the Spirit that was upon him, and placed the same upon the seventy elders; and it happened, when the Spirit rested upon them, that they prophesied, although they never did so again.

Num. 32:12: "except Caleb the son of Jephunneh, the Kenizzite, and Joshua the son of Nun, for they have wholly followed the LORD." Joshua is made equal with Caleb, both who followed Yahweh. He did not have any preeminence.

Ex.23:20-22: God sends an Angel before thee, to keep Israel in the way, he states " Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him." We find this is the angel of the Lord a messenger who is God himself see Exod.3. Yet IDMR claims he is also Joshua son of nun. So now we have two persons God is manifested in.

Joshua son of Nun being the messiah! This is so nutty that its amazing that it would have to be addressed. He was not born through a virgin any more than you were. He was born to sinful parents and he died. Only sinners die! Only one was born with the virgin birth. At that time it was still future, Isaiah was not even written yet. There is no physical incarnation until Isa.7:14 was fulfilled which came by means of Micah 5:2 being fulfilled in Mt.2. The bible clearly states happened only once and in the NT times. That which was prophesied is fulfilled in the NT 2,000 almost years ago. To say otherwise makes God a liar. There is only one incarnation.

Joshua the son of Nun (none) died at 110 years old, proving he was not the messiah They interpret his death as "taking off of the flesh". (the messiah said he has the power to lay down his life and take it again). But this is not a resurrection when he comes back as the conceived child Jesus. It is instead reincarnation!

When Joshua led the Israelites through the Jordan and left the stones in the middle and also on the river bank? (Joshua 4:1-24) in the NT when Satan was tempting Jesus to "turn these stones into bread" he was coming from the banks of the Jordan. They claim these are the same stones that Joshua/ Jesus left earlier in his previous lifetime.

But it does not end with Joshua or Jesus but with Dr. Kinley being the new Joshua, that’s right he incarnated again and then died." As Yahweh, the Creator, was manifest in the flesh as Yahshua the Messiah...He (Yahweh) is manifest in one, Dr. Henry C. Kinley, Founder of the Institute of Divine Metaphysical Research, Inc. So now Yahweh (current one) founded a metaphysical Institute.  Need I say more!

Not Christ's Church

The school was established in the year of 1932 in Springfield, Ohio, the corporation moved to the state of California in 1958, and the of Florida in 1991 under the direction of Dr. Glenn Kinley." This is a school and Not a CHURCH, nor are we affiliated with any other religious organization. "

If they are not a church than they are not Christ's which means they have a different Jesus.  Because Jesus came to make the body of Christ, his church the dwelling place of his spirit who is God.

Jesus said "I will build my church", this obviously was not done well enough according to Kinley because he came along to build a research center of metaphysical enlightenment through his personal false vision.  But can we expect anything less from a new manifestation of Yahweh?
