THE BAHAIS DO NOT HAVE THE POWER OF GOD But they do have a philosophy Bahais teach "Every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God is endowed with such potency as can instil new life into every human frame, if ye be of them that comprehend this truth. All the wondrous works ye behold in this world have been manifested through the operation of His supreme and most exalted Will, His wondrous and inflexible Purpose. Through the mere revelation of the word 'Fashioner', issuing forth from His lips and proclaiming His attribute to mankind, such power is released as can generate, through successive ages, all the manifold arts which the hands of man can produce. This, verity, is a certain truth. No sooner is this resplendent word uttered, than its animating energies, stirring within all created things, give birth to the means and instruments whereby such arts can be produced and perfected. All the wondrous achievements ye now witness are the direct consequences Of the Revelation of this Name. In the days to come, ye will, verity, behold things of which ye have never heard before. Thus hath it been decreed in the Tablets of God, and none can comprehend it except them whose sight is sharp." (Bahai scriptures tract authorized by National Spiritual Assembly of Bahai's, Australia) This is a perfect example of spiritual philosophical meandering in old English. Sounds deep but brings you nowhere! Its well meaning but I cant find the meaning in it. 1 Cor.1:18 " For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God." Bahais do not have the power because it is in the Gospel. The Gospel is eternal because it is centered around the person of Jesus and his work which is also eternal. Without the Gospel you have a religion with no power, it is the source of salvation for one to have a right relationship with God, and to receive his Holy Spirit. While Bahai's claims to believe in Christ they deny the very reason he came. Everything starts with the cross, without it one denied Jesus' purpose for coming. In 2 Cor.2:5 Paul states "that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God." It tells us the power of God is the cross, only through this means can one be a new creation. The Bahai's believe in the wisdom of men, Bahaulla who was a prolific writer wrote in King James vernacular to communicate his own spiritual thought's about God. It is not focused on what God did for us but what we can do for God by our own power of service. Scripture is clear that one is first saved to do good works which are only found in Christ Eph.2:8-1. the Bahai's claim to believe the bible but they deny its teachings. Only in Christ can one find the perfect representation of God. Jesus declared that he proceeded forth from God, being the infinite invisible God in human flesh. I am from above you are from beneath. None of these so called manifestation's of other religions claim to come down from heaven, none had a virgin conception, none are the only begotten Son of god which made him equal with his father. The Bahais claim god cannot incarnate himself " Know thou of a certainty that the unseen can in no wise incarnate his essence and reveal it to men." ( Baha'u'lla Gleanings, p. 49 ) " Was Christ within god, or God within Christ? No in the name of God. " (Abdul Baha, Questions p. 97) Then all of Christianity is a fraud. There goes one of their main manifestations. The Bahais deny the very core of the Bible & what Christ himself claimed. Its not that he did not incarnate but that he could not. " for god to descend into the conditions of existence would be the greatest of imperfection's. " (Abdul Baha Questions pgs. 129-130 ) The Bible states this is the very essence of God revealed visibly. While someone can claim God is unwilling to become a man, they cannot say it is impossible. God is able to do all things. the scriptures say he would become a man and visit his people, and die for their sins. Isaiah 63:8 ... " so he became their savior in all their affliction he was afflicted and the messenger of his presence saved them;" Luke 2:11 " For their is born to you this day in the city of David a savior who is Christ the Lord." Bahais do not have a savior for sins. It is this question I ask over and over again, in which I receive only silence on. Matthew 1:21 ... "and you shall call his name Jesus for he will save his people from their sins." V.23 "And they will call his name Immanuel, God is with us." Bahais don't have the revelation of God in Christ. So even if they accept Jesus a s great teacher, if he is not God who took on a human body it is a different Jesus. Maybe one thinks there is no such thing as a different Jesus. Paul certainly did and warned us in the Scripture. Read 2 Cor.11:4. Rom. 9:5 ... " according to the flesh, Christ came. who is over all, the eternally blessed God, amen."Can a Bahai say amen to this? If one turns away from the revelation of Jesus they turn from God. This is not so with Buddha, Krishna Mohammed or Bahaulla. Christianity is based on the person of Christ. If you were to take these other teachers out of their religions their teachings would still be intact. If you remove the person of Christ from the Bible, Christianity crumbles. This is why Christianity is not just a religion but a relationship with a living savior. Bahai has nothing to offer as far as solutions to the sin of man, a new life with power to live unto God, nor a future afterlife. Accept Christ as the only way to get off the broad road to destruction and return to the narrow way to life eternal.
