The Occult concepts and practices inside the church

Both Madame Blavatsky and Alice Bailey spoke of a universal church, an all encompassing church that would come under the ascended masters teachings and practices at the end of the 20th cent. This would be done through the disciples who are following these (ascended) masters. These are spirit beings who disguise themselves as Jesus and even the Holy Spirit.

The Jesus of this counterfeit spirituality, is one of the masters, an enlightened soul who became a god like all the masters have. And he teaches others to become gods.

Sound familiar?

Anyone who supports this concept of becoming a god shows they have a flawed view of God, they have a complete misunderstanding of the eternal one, the creator. How do you worship God in truth if you believe that you are gods too? You don’t worship The God, but the self whom they have been convinced is God or a part of God.

Scripture tells us man is NOT God and will never be God. Man is a creature, God is not. God always existed, knows all things and is all powerful.

A man who thinks he will become a god through obedience of certain laws (like the Mormons do) or enlightenment by practicing methods has deceived them-self.

Those who teach new age concepts, the occult, yoga, meditation change the meaning of words to make it palatable for those who otherwise not listen. We find many Christianizing the practices of other spiritual systems to be acceptable to the church. You would be surprised how many “respected” ministries endorse Richard Fosters entering the silence to contact God or use yoga or any of the similar practices that are the new age, which are now given Christian type names to veil what they are. This is an all-out assault on the church both subtle and blatant ways.

All the new age spiritual practices make you flatline in the mind. Don’t think, just know you exist. That you have always been existent as God. To stop thinking you have to force yourself because it is not natural. But with enough practice you can enter a zen state where there is next to nothing going on in your head. That is called enlightenment by eastern religions. It is also called contacting the God within by some in the church. As the saying goes, ignorance is bliss.

Thus, ignorance of the truth which is objective will allow any lie that has reshaped itself to your liking to be accepted.

All of this has the goal of developing a universal church, broadening the road to have unity.

The false Christ that IS coming will claim to be the latest embodiment of the "Christ spirit’ for our age and people will believe him and will accept a different Christ. At the right time of opportunity he will aggressively move to replace Christianity with his own religious system which we see the first evidences surfacing today.

We are told by these same occultists "Luciferic energies" are to be unleashed. Meaning that of light, angels of light counterfeiting the real Holy Spirit of God by miracles and healings. Not by doctrine which comes by words and thinking. Satan can copy nearly everything except for teaching right doctrine. Specifically calling Jesus the Lord God.

In the book the Aquarian Conspiracy we read that “the teacher does not impart knowledge but technique.  Their 'transmission of knowledge is by direct experience.'

Gaining knowledge by Experience can be true sometimes, but not recommended for spiritual matters..

What is present as supernatural in much of the church is what is found in new ageism (occult). Certainly the genuine is still here But when they visualize energies circulating around or through them, call down the Spirit, transfer it that is man in control and it cannot be God. The Vineyard churches a number of years ago would scoop the air around people to bring it toward them calling the Holy Spirit to fill them. This is known as pantheism, and is more like Hinduism’s prana, where one breathes the air in their yoga exercise for energizing themselves. http://www.letusreason.org/latrain21.htm

Along came Peter Wagner who was friends with Wimber who allowed an association of Latter Rain prophets to come into his church, (Mike Bickle, Bob Jones, Paul Cain) many of whom claimed they were going to change the face of Christianity. And they are doing just that. Wagner went the next step and added the apostles for a governmental takeover. Now there is Bill Johnson who has taken portions of all these previous errors, synthesized new ageism, mysticism with Christianity. This is the new and improved Toronto.

The New Age, Mysticism, puts experience, feelings over doctrine.

The very minimum of truth in doctrine is used by them to preach to others. The Gospel is not the focus, because truth is not the focus, experience and feelings are how people are reached and transformed, and this becomes what they live by. Once this is done a persons discernment is shut down and they seek this other way to have what they think is contact with God.

The church is to be the pillar and ground of truth, we as the body of Christ are salt, the light the world. And we should know what is truth from error, what is real and what is fake.

Jesus said "You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men.” (Matt. 5:13)

What happens when churches stops being salt and light, I don’t have to describe it, you’re seeing it. Let us all have our guard up by having the armor on.
