Kim Clement's ongoing prophetic Promises

Jeremiah 5:31 “The prophets prophesy falsely, and the priests rule by their own power; and My people love to have it so. But what will you do in the end?

We can know where we are in God’s timetable by what is taking place by those who claim to be a prophet. Does popularity mean one has God's approval?

Matthew 24:11-12: “Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. "And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold.”

Many will speak falsely, and will speak often. People will be severed from the word in the same way the Pharisees introduced their traditions to be practiced they will practice their words. The love of God’s word will be replaced by men’s words that claim to speak for Him. the people accept this so there love will become cold.

We have all heard the basis for the prophetic movement as Amos 3:7: “Surely the Lord GOD does nothing, unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets”

When we come to the New Testament, which is based on a new covenant, God says this is how he spoke to Israel in the past, not the church. Heb. 1:1-2: “God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by His Son.”

The prophets linger to hear a voice tell them what will take place when they cannot see what “is” taking place. If a prophet does not know correctly the word already written, how can they hear from God a word that is a warning? Any word of  prophecy the saints will exercise discernment to know the good from evil, the true from the false. (Heb.5:3; 1Jn.4:1-2).

Kim Clement is called a prophet, he never stops singing and yabbing his own prophetic utterances to the church, but the discerning church can tell when God has spoken and when He has not. Those who are familiar with the truth are immune to the falsity of words, but those who have been trained by these false prophets cannot tell the difference. Here are some excerpts of his newest spiritual contact (http://www.kimclementvault.com/home.asp

“For the Spirit of God said those who shake their head and say no to a bribe, those who block their ears to the stories of bloodshed, those who close their eyes to evil, those who walk before the Lord with fear. These are emerging says the Lord, therefore, you will survive the fires, for there shall be fires that shall burn, and God said it shall be a sign. For surely there is a baptism coming to my people, a baptism of fire. Some will survive, some will not, but those who survive will revive and set fires and set ablaze and I will give you access says the Lord to territories that the world is waiting to access, but you will get it before the world gets it, says the Lord.

Clement seems to have connected this to Isa 33:14-15: “The sinners in Zion are afraid; Fearfulness has seized the hypocrites: "Who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire? Who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings?" He who walks righteously and speaks uprightly, he who despises the gain of oppressions, who gestures with his hands, refusing bribes, who stops his ears from hearing of bloodshed, and shuts his eyes from seeing evil:

The passage actually means the opposite of what Clement is saying. This has nothing to do with a baptism in the New Testament (in fact the baptism of fire is for unbelievers only, it is a judgment). this is typical of putting something together by piecemeal. In Clements statement we can agree that saying no to a bribe is good but is closing your eyes to evil or not hearing of bloodshed good? Are we to see and hear no evil or not participate in evil? A baptism of fire that destroys God’s people? [it is for unbelievers only] What is this man speaking? This is confusing since this has been promised by himself and others for years on end. Of course the end of the matter is dominionism for those who are baptized by this fire. We get it what the world wants before the world does. This is not how God speaks. The vagueness, the promises hardly bring credibility to these words as if they are from the same one who prophesied the Scripture.

“Four horns that suddenly got to be swiftly entangled, four horns, four attacks: north, south east west – they have come against my church. But the Spirit of God says I have raised up four carpenters; I have raised up four craftsman that will deal with these horns, even the horns of the altar, where they have brought displeasure to the Lord….

There are two different mentions of four horns in the Bible (Ezek. 43:20), one is on the altar the other is a prophecy of the enemy of Israel Zech.1:19: "These are the horns that have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem." 4 craftsmen – Zech. 1:20-21: Then the LORD showed me four craftsmen. And I said, "What are these coming to do?" So he said, "These are the horns that scattered Judah, so that no one could lift up his head; but the craftsmen are coming to terrify them, to cast out the horns of the nations that lifted up their horn against the land of Judah to scatter it."

So Clement is taking what is already mentioned in Scripture and as far as I can tell changing it. It is about Israel, not the church.

“Four anointings that deal with the four principalities shall be placed upon your children. Young men, the apostles and the prophets of tomorrow shall deal with the four principalities. God said, over the Christmas season I will send a sign to you. There will be a sign in the heavens; there will be a sign that shall come to the earth. I will show myself in a very strong way, yet invisible to the eye, and yet tangible to others, and these four principalities that have brought curses to the families of the United States, to the governing powers of the United States, to churches in this land and to the economy, the Spirit of God said these four are now being dealt with and annihilated says the Lord by the four anointings that I’m releasing upon you tonight says the Lord!

Have you seen a sign in the heavens? Maybe Cement is reading the gospel in the stars? Did it come to earth? I didn't notice but then this is only for those with special vision.  This is a promotion of the authority of man, the new government under the apostles and prophets that will supposedly have powers, and they are as off in their statements as Clement is.

There is only one anointing we should be concerned with, the Holy Spirit who is God, any other anointing is not God. And God's anointing leads us into His truth. Four anointings are placed on the children that have four principles and he then tells us tomorrows prophets and apostles will deal with them? They are released on those present at the meeting. He then introduces curses which the New Testament says nothing about for the church. Again he jumps to another subject leaving this void of any real explanation. For the most part, the New Testament teaches principalities are not something good, they are (arche) the rank of powers. Eph. 6:12: “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness.”  Jesus' crucifixion “disarmed principalities and powers” (Col. 2:15).

Clement has prophesied years before “The rulers, the rulers of the west. Principalities and powers that have held onto the treasures of God will suddenly be pierced and brought to nothing.” Have they?

He continues “The word I get is “severing” – He is severing the stronghold of the curses that have come by invitation, by forces in the political powers in the political arena, they have invited them.”

So according to God this whole takeover by the Democrats who are living true to their ideology is a curse by invitation! Hardly true if one knows what the progressive movement is about. But this is God speaking, so we will see if it comes true.

“In 2010 ... Then there will be changes in the man’s heart, huge changes. There will be a turn to the true Christ, not the false Christ, not the false Christ, the true Christ!” (please read the whole prophesy to understand its implication)

Liberals will say “We are in danger; we are in danger of such a change. Even his countenance has changed, even his eyes have changed.”

Clement has also said before that the president will be converted in office, we can only hope so… however I think it will be a turn for the worse not the better. I see this completely different, I see no conversion happening but Clement is saying this is God speaking so will need to wait to see if it is? Not only will this portion be fulfilled but his whole discourse, if it is from God.

it was not more than a few prophecies before that he said the president

Stepping back, in 1997 Clement said similar things about the president being converted “After the 20th, God says, look to the White House and see the events that are going to occur. … I'm about to go right to the top and when I get to the top I will literally change it… God says, there will be rivers coming down the steps and the people will say, what is happening in Washington, D.C.? What is happening in America? (Prophet Kim Clement July 27, 1997 Detroit Regional Meetings)

After this failed Clement responded to his former prophecies on a Born Again Christian President in The White House By 2000: “Somebody called the other day and said that I had prophesied that Bill Clinton would not be the president, that there'd be a new president. Well, I never said that, and I never prophesied that. I said the president of this, the final president of this century would be Spirit-filled, would be born-again and would be praying for this nation and lead them into the millennium with prayer. Well, you know, I got a letter from somebody saying, 'Well, we all know that Bill Clinton's not born again,' and I say that the audacity of this religious spirit that would dare to take that judgment upon him and saying that he's not born again. YOU KNOW, BY HIS FRUITS WE CAN SEE HE'S NOT, but we don't know what's going to happen to the man.”

Well what happened to the man? We now know clement was wrong and no wiggle room is allowed.

Then in an Interview with Paul Crouch asked: “Also, let me ask you to repeat again: if I understood what you said, by the end of this century, the president, whoever he may be, is going to be born-again, Spirit-filled, and will be leading our nation in prayer. Now, did I understand that correctly?”

Kim Clement: “Absolutely, and I've said that all along, and I believe that with all my heart, and I've prophesied that and I'll re-prophesy that if I have to tonight.”

Sorry but believing it with your heart does not mean it is from God or true. In fact God addresses this through

Jeremiah 23:25-26 prophets have said who prophesy lies …"How long will this be in the heart of the prophets who prophesy lies? Indeed they are prophets of the deceit of their own heart”

Clement goes further, stating that the system that has opposed the Lord – humanists, atheists, Islam (possibly Democrats?) etc. “The Spirit of God said I am listening to the rejoicing of my people for this nation has come to a place of intolerance of Christ because of the system that has misrepresented him. That system is being crippled says the Lord, annihilated.”

Again very vague, sounds like God’s people are rejoicing because “ this nation has come to a place of intolerance of Christ” It is the nation being crippled not those that are crippling her. And to say they will be annihilated strangely reminds me of Benny Hinn’s prophecy that in the mid 90's, about '94-'95, no later than that, God will destroy the homosexual community of America. – by fire (Orlando Christian Center, Dec. 31st, 1989). Seems the end of each year brings these ultimatum prophecies.

July 23, 1996 Clement prophesied “A double portion of my Spirit shall be unveiled. …There is a president that I am raising up, that I am putting my Spirit into. Many of you are saying, but why would that make any difference. Because right from the very top I will invade and I will dispense my Spirit. And I said I would let it trickle down to the senate and House of Representatives, to the mayors of the cities. I will cause them to say there is righteousness and your children will be born with my Spirit in them, the very moment that they breathe, says the Lord.”( GATHERING OF THE DANGEROUS).

Did any of this happen? The exact opposite happened in the Senate and house, anti God is the spirit that pervades. Has any child been born like John the Baptizer?

He finishes the prophecy by “It will begin to change over the season. And the Lord says as you enter into 2010 I will restore everything that the canker worm has taken away, everything that the grasshopper has stolen from you, God said this restoration shall manifest quicker than before. Therefore rejoice tonight, you are my portion, says the Lord!”

Everything will be restored? Once again this was repeated:

“everything that was stolen from the body of Christ in the last 20 years, is what I got, will be restored in the next 3 years in order to take the reigns for the year 2000....” (PTL - TBN), February 4, 1997

Clement repeats the same concepts year after year and people with a diminished capacity to remember eat it up as if it is new. Even a broken clock is right twice a day, and Clement can be occasionally right just as psychics can be occasionally right. This occasionally being right does not make him a prophet of God; in fact it proves the opposite. Before one jumps for joy and sings along with his merry tunes, they should consider God’s word that is ALWAYS correct, then they will not become part of this prophetic carousel that will lead them to disaster in the end.

Jeremiah told us of what the end would be as. Jer.23:20-22: “The anger of the LORD will not turn back against these false prophets until he has performed and carried out the purposes of His heart. In the latter days you will understand it perfectly. I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran. I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied.  But if they had stood in My counsel, and had caused My people to hear My words, then they would have turned them from their evil way and from the evil of their doings.”

We are in the latter days; do we understand it perfectly, unfortunately so do not understand it all.
