"LET US REASON
" We Believe in the One God of Israel who is tri-une in nature. This one God is revealed in the Scriptures as eternally existing in three persons- the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ) and the Holy Spirit (the helper/comforter). They are all co-equal in their nature, power and holiness, each possessing and sharing the same attributes but are different in position. It is the 2nd person of the tri-une God, the Son, who became a man and came to earth to die for all mankind's sins (Jn.6:38) and continues to live in the same body (glorified) that He died and rose again in. We Believe the Scripture is of divine inspiration and origin, infallible and inerrant and consists of 66 books. It is the believers guide and final authority in living a life pleasing to God (2 Timothy3:16-17). That each person has a responsibility interpreting the Scripture by the Holy Spirit for their own personal growth. That the Scriptures alone have given us everything pertaining to a life of godliness to be conformed to the Son. The Scriptures alone having the instruction for living a victorious and righteous life. We Believe Jesus Christ was only-begotten of the Father, conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of
the virgin Mary. He was both fully God and man in one person and lived a perfect sinless
life fulfilling the law perfectly. That He is the eternal Son of God who took on an
additional nature of humanity through Mary. His beginning was in the flesh only
(Isaiah 9:6) as His eternal nature took upon himself a body (Colossians 1:15-17;
Micah 5:2). We Believe that all mankind was created in the image of God to reflect his nature. When
Adam sinned by choice we incurred his sin and have become sinners in our nature and the
image of God is now marred (Romans 5:1). All of Mankind is born spiritually separated from God and
physically dies as a consequence of sin (Romans 3:23). We Believe that only through Christ's sacrifice, the Son of God who lived a sinless
life and giving it as the atonement for our sin unto the Father so we can be brought
back in a relationship with God. That Christ by His own will in pleasing the Father gave
himself as a ransom for all mankind. That He bore the full penalty and judgment that God's
holiness demands against sin. We Believe that all who repent and exercise faith in Jesus Christ receive salvation as a free gift apart from any work of the law or deed. That only by faith in the Gospel can one receive salvation. Being justified by the merits of Christ's death alone and regenerated by the Holy Spirit and given eternal life. That we are empowered by the Holy Spirit to do good works which are expected of those who have had a change of life. We are promised to be continually filled as we serve our Lord Jesus Christ. We Believe that by faith all believers both Jews and Gentiles are baptized into his body by the Holy Spirit and become part of the Church. That we are indwelled by the Spirit eternally by whom we are given spiritual gifts and talents to use to build up the body and further his kingdom here on earth. Receiving the Spirit brings us into the universal body of Christ and in unity with born again believers. That we should maintain to keep this unity as much as possible with all those who adhere to the doctrines delivered in Scripture and separate from those who do not. We believe in the ministry of the Holy Spirit, that God has given us each talents and spiritual gifts to use to fulfill our calling and ministry (1 Corinthians 124-11). These gifts are to lift and point to Jesus Christ. We Believe that Christ rose from the dead in a physical body that is glorified, never to die again (Revelation 1:18) and He continues in the same body forever ( 1 Timothy.2:5; Hebrews 9:15). He ascended and is now sitting at the right hand of the Father mediating as the eternal high priest for His Church and ruling in the heavens. That his 2nd coming is pre-millennial and will also be physical, seen by all as He sets up His kingdom on the earth. At His return believers will co-rule and reign over the earth with Him under His leadership. We Believe in the immortality of the soul and the resurrection of the body of both the saved and the unsaved. For the saved eternal life with God and for those who reject the only gospel for salvation, eternal separation from God and punishment. That at death the redeemed go immediately into the presence of the Lord awaiting the resurrection of their body at Christ's return. The unredeemed await in hell until they are resurrected bodily brought before the great white throne judgment that will judge them according to their works and will be cast into the lake of fire remaining forever separated from God. We believe that God is not through with the Jews, that all of Israel will be saved (Romans 11). We are pre-millennial- God has a plan for the church and for Israel and they are not the same. That Israel will recognize their Messiah by and through the tribulation period that is yet to come upon this earth. Our Mission statement: The heart of Christianity that was delivered to the Apostles, and to us is the Gospel of grace which alone can save (Ephesians 2:8-10; 1 Corinthians15:1-4). We are evangelical in that we are motivated with compassion, to bring this message to all, but especially those caught in counterfeits of Christianity and other religions (2 Timothy 4:1-5). With our feet shod with the Gospel of peace we are determined to bring His message to those misled and are taken captive to serve another Jesus, who have accepted another Spirit, and received another Gospel. (2 Corinthians11:4).We intend to do this by firmly challenging those in opposition with respect to others without compromising the message or our faith (2 Timothy 2:24-25, Jude 3-4).
