Pt.3 Warm winds are blowing

What you unite with when you hold hands with Rome’s idolatry

Commission for Interreligious Dialogue Giovanni Cereti:

The Pope spoke on For since Christ died for all, and since all men are in fact called to one and the same destiny, which is divine, we must hold that the Holy Spirit offers to all the possibility of being made partners, in a way known to God, in the paschal mystery» (GS 22). All this takes place above all through other religions.”

the presence and action of the Spirit in other religions and in the world. In fact, many Christians, and not only those in the Catholic Church, see God's hand at work in the religious life of followers of other religions and they believe that all humanity, and thus also the people who follow other religions, live under the action of the Spirit, which in these last days has been given to all humankind (cf. Gal 3,1-5; Acts 2,17-21).

…The Second Vatican Council had given some very clear guidelines also on this point, recognizing the presence and action of the Holy Spirit not only in the Church but also outside it, and above all in other religions.

Pope John Paul II believed that, while there are many religions in the world, there is one Spirit seeking to bear fruit in them all.

And this interfaith is still the policy Pope after Pope.

In his message addressed from Manila to the people of Asia in 1981, the Spirit, … whose action thus seems not to be limited to calling non-Christians to the Church. «In the Holy Spirit every individual and all people have become, through the Cross and Resurrection of Christ, children of God, partakers in the divine nature and heirs to eternal life. All are redeemed and called to share in glory in Jesus Christ, without any distinction of language, race, nation or culture».

PRESENCE AND ACTION OF THE HOLY SPIRIT IN THE WORLD AND IN OTHER RELIGIONS http://www.vatican.va/jubilee_2000/magazine/documents/ju_mag_01091997_p-56_en.html

After the publication of the Encyclical the Day of Prayer for Peace was held in Assisi. ... John Paul II felt he had to defend it in an address to the Roman Curia, ... in which he declared forcefully that, «every authentic prayer is under the influence of the Spirit... We can indeed maintain that every authentic prayer is called forth by the Holy Spirit, who is mysteriously present in the heart of every person. (ibid)

YWAM leaders like Loren Cunningham and Danny Lehmann endorsed the pope:

By the way, this week’s edition of Christianity Today magazine, just to put in a good word for the former Pope here, rest his soul. It is an article in Christianity Today magazine this week that talks about how the Pope when he was a cardinal in Poland was able to persuade the rest of the Catholic church to let Campus Crusade for Christ come into the universities and high schools in Poland and give Ten Steps to Spiritual Growth, win people to Christ by the Four Spiritual Laws, gat them into Bible Studies and help them to grow in Christ. Now of course some people at that time thought Campus Crusade was a little bit theologically naive and don’t understand all the problems over there and you’re compromising here, so the theologian Norman Geisler, whose books are in our bookstore here, one of the most respected theologians in the world went over there just to check things out. Norman Geisler came back and said he found those young people over there more on fire for God, more committed to the Bible, more committed to Jesus Christ as Lord than anyone he had run into in the western world, so thank you Pope John Paul II for doing that for us.” (Danny Lehmann “On Fire” KLHT 1040 AM Sat. aft. Oct. 21,2005)

In looking at this endorsement I was left asking what the point of it really was. The implication Lehmann made with this story of a “good deed” by the former Pope by merely allowing a Christian group to come into a country is accepting ones works. As if there is never any ulterior motive with Rome.

John Paul has participated in interfaith ceremonies had the Hindu mark of Aarti put on his forehead and kissed the Koran, not that should matter, he was nice to some people.

Getting the youth to believe this unity certainly rounds up the next generation to no longer separate from the errors of Idolatry of Roman Catholicism. To remove the distances that have been kept between ourselves and Rome in terms of belief and practice is a grave mistake. We also need to be careful of teachers from groups like YWAM who make ecumenical unions with Rome. Salvation is not found in the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church. There is idolatry (as easily promoted by their church).

YWAM founder Loren Cunningham, celebrated YWAM’s 25th anniversary at Calvary Chapel Honolulu (now Calvary Chapel Komo Mai) several years ago because of Danny Lehmann who is a leader in YWAM  and was on staff. Cunningham proudly mentioned how the Pope had given them such a commendation for their work with Catholic youth.  Cunningham has openly endorsed Catholicism and through his acknowledgment of YWAM Kerygma Teams. The Big Isle newspaper had an article last week with Loren Cunningham who met with the Pope in Rome (Dec.2014). YWAM has had a long ongoing friendliness with Rome, working closely with Catholic charismatics since the 70’s.

Loren and Darlene Cunningham and David Hamilton just returned from meeting with global religious leaders including Pope Francis, Justin Welby, the archbishop of Canterbury who is the symbolic head of the worldwide Anglican Communion, and Tawadros II, patriarch of Alexandria who is pope of the Coptic Orthodox Church. - See: http://m.westhawaiitoday.com/news/local-features/kona-residents-meet-pope-francis-key-christian-leaders#sthash.j1lYER2F.dpuf"

More exciting news for those who want to see Jesus' prayer for oneness in His Body answered" the same diatribe given by Tony Palmer who began this new roll out the red carpet for the Pope to evanglicals.

It wasn’t always like this in Calvary chapel’s or Baptist churches but it is now.

Why is Calvary chapels whom have the majority of people come out from Roman Catholicism allowing YWAM which is about unity with Rome to be supported by their churches? They certainly know better but do not have the spine to stand up for the gospel against false gospels. Yes of course there are those pastors that do, but they are not vocal enough to all the others who don’t. in fact it appeasr those who want unity with Rome far outweighs those who do not.

Roman catholic IDOLATRY. To worship that which is made by man’s hands is the practice of idolatry. In the Old Testament, we have the example of Aaron forced in a position to give the people idolatry, “…when the people saw that Moses delayed to come down out of the mount, the people gathered themselves together unto Aaron, and said unto him, up, make us gods, which shall go before us…” Aaron made the golden calf from their own materials for them to worship God. "These are thy gods, O Israel...” he stated. The people of Israel knew this was not god. But an image a representation of the true God was what they wanted. This was idolatry. The Church of Rome makes their God to be eaten and worshiped at every Mass. This is even more severe idolatry.

Isaiah 42:8 I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.”

CC Para 1378 Worship of the Eucharist. In the liturgy off the Mass we express our faith in the real presence of Christ under the species of bread and wine by, among other ways, genuflecting or bowing deeply as a sign of adoration of the Lord. "The Catholic Church has always offered and still offers to the sacrament of the Eucharist the cult of adoration, not only during Mass, but also outside of it, reserving the consecrated hosts with the utmost care, exposing them to the solemn veneration of the faithful, and carrying them in procession.

Go ahead and worship a piece of bread as God incarnate, pray to it, wait to hear it speak to You and see where you end up in the end. It won’t be purgatory.

Look at what John says “And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us an understanding, that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life. Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen.” (I Jn. 5:20-21) Are you in Christ or do you have to ingest him each week to have his grace?

1Thes 1:9 you can either be a Gentile who “turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God,” o

Consider this as James Robison makes his appeal to unite with Roman Catholicism

Witnessing the Miracle Jesus Prayed For by James Robison

Let me take the main excerpt from this article. "Satan – Lucifer, Beelzebub, the Father of all lies – has focused his fury against the church of the living God. Perhaps in the center of Satan’s crosshairs is his attack on the prayer of Jesus in John 17 that all believers live in unity. God revealed this assault to me and many other church leaders around the world, and also millions of saints and prayer warriors who have been praying diligently for the prayer of our Lord Jesus to be answered in our day. I believe I am beginning to see the walls of division that have held many Christians captive and divided, often silencing the witnesses of those Jesus commissioned to take the Gospel to the ends of the earth.

I believe we are going to be blessed to see Jesus’ prayer answered.

Mr. Robison, the prayer has been answered from the beginning and continues to be by the work of the Spirit that is able to do beyond what any man can do. Jesus’ prayer is already answered, each time one believes and is added to the Body by a Spiritual birth not by water). Is your position that Jesus prayer has not been answered yet! That we are not one as the Father and the son are? (John 17:11) see Eph.4:3-6

Let’s not forget that Satan can also deceive us to unite with what is not of God. Did you ever consider this from the Scripture? Division can be good or bad, in this matter division is good and necessary to be kept until there is true repentance on the Catholic churches part of condemning the true Gospel by Faith in Christ.

Pope Francis Denies The Gospel Yet Again October 3, 2013

Pope Francis cranked up his charm offensive on the world outside the Vatican on Tuesday, saying in the second widely shared media interview in two weeks that each person “must choose to follow the good and fight evil as he conceives them” and calling efforts to convert people to Christianity “solemn nonsense.” http://www.patheos.com/blogs/geneveith/2013/10/is-the-pope-catholic/

What more do people who love the Lord and his word need to hear? How can one fight evil without the spiritual armour?

A top official with the Southern Baptist Convention, the largest Protestant denomination in the United States, took the unprecedented step of rebuking Francis, writing that the pope's interview was "a theological wreck" and that Francis was dabbling dangerously in relativism.

Since this time the Pope has had many more controversial statements that challenge Christianity. Not surprise since Roman Catholicism is not Christianity as taught in the Bible so this is expected.

They are not coming to what we believe from the Bible, they want us to come to what they believe in their church. Dividing from a church like Rome because of numerous reasons is upheld from scripture. Having a Pope is reason enough. But now we have evangelicals rubbing as close as possible to this unbliblical position.

This is an office of one who makes new doctrine especially on Jesus’ mother which is way out of bounds from scripture. But people do not care what the man who is the head of the Roman Church church says as long as he seems nice. This is what you want to join with as an evangelical?

Then you have become confused and true doctrine is muddled because you have no accurate teaching, no grounding in the truth.

If one goes back to Rome they abandon the faith, the grace they receive God’s blessing by and trade it for religious rituals that have no power, no worth and will bring you away from the Bible. If that's what you want then by all means join this idolatrous church.
